Dose of Affirmation

“You have to accept whatever comes and the only important thing is that you meet it with the best you have to give.”

– Eleanor Roosevelt

Putting your best foot forward and entering activities without the possibility of defeat sets the pace for both your performance and the end result.

Think for a moment when you approached a situation with radiating confidence. How was your performance? And the outcome? Is it safe to assume that both were desirable and satisfactory? What if you addressed the same situation with uncertainty and self-doubt? The trajectory of the outcome may have steered in the complete opposite direction.

Much of what dictates your performance and the outcome within a situation revolves around your mindset. The security of your abilities and confidence to appropriately assess a situation comes from within.

The mindset one adopts can alter how a situation unravels and most importantly how it affects the individual. Attempt to enter your next situation with blazing confidence and observe the effects thereafter. Remember this…your mindset governs much of how an event unfolds and the effects on  you.
